Your user account contains all information regarding your Tendo account and user information. Open Account Menu In the Homepage, tap the Menu icon. View Account To view your account information, tap the Account link. View Insurance To view your insurance information, tap the Insurance link. View Medical Profile To view your medical profile, tap the Medical Profile link. View Documents To view letters and documents from your provider, tap the Documents link. View Notes To view notes you’ve added to an appointment to review with your provider, tap the My Notes link. View Settings To view settings for the Tendo app, tap the Settings link. View Security To view security options in the Tendo app, tap the Security link. Give Feedback To leave suggestions and feedback about the app, tap the Give Feedback link. Get Help To get help with the app, tap the Help link. Log Out To log out of the app, tap the Logout link.

You can view all user profile details in the Tendo iOS app. Open Account Menu In the Homepage, tap the Menu icon. Open Account Tap the Account link. How do I edit my user profile in the Tendo iOS app?
When viewing your user profile, you can edit the information in your user account at any time. Notes: Any edits you make to your personal information will not be passed back to your provider. You must also contact your provider to make any changes that you edit in the app. Open Account Menu In the Homepage, tap the Menu icon. Open Account Tap the Account link. Edit Account Tap the Edit link. Update Account Update your account information as appropriate. If you want to change your profile photo, tap the Profile Photo icon. Save Account Tap the Save button.

How do I change my profile photo in my user account in the Tendo iOS app?
When editing your user profile, you can change your profile photo at any time. Open Profile Menu In the Homepage, tap the Menu icon. Open Account Tap the Account link. Edit Account Tap the Edit link. Open Profile Photo Tap the profile photo icon. Select a photo from your device’s photo library. Follow the directions within your device to complete the photo process. Note: Photos selected from the photo library cannot be cropped as part of the upload process. Please select a headshot or crop your preferred photo in the photo library before uploading it as your profile photo. Save Profile Tap the Save link.

How do I view my medical profile in the Tendo iOS app?
You can view your medical profile within the Tendo iOS app. The Medical Profile includes medications, allergies, and immunizations. Medical history information could also be included, such as conditions, procedures, lifestyle, and family history details. If you need to make changes to your medical profile, please contact your provider or a staff member during your next appointment. Open Account Menu In the Homepage, tap the Menu icon. Open Medical Profile Tap the Medical Profile link. View Medical Profile Any medical profile information that is stored by your provider will be available to you. View Allergies By default, the page displays information in the Allergies link. To view details about an allergy, tap the name of the record. View Your Conditions To view your condition history, tap the Your Conditions link. The Your Conditions page shows the Active conditions tab [1]. To view details about a condition, if any, tap the name of the record [2]. You can view resolved conditions by clicking the Resolved tab [3]. Note: To view prescription and medication orders that need to be completed, view the Care Journey page. View Family Conditions To view your family condition history, tap the Family Conditions link. To view details about a condition, tap the name of the record. View Medications To view your medications, tap the Medications link. The page defaults to the Active tab [1], which displays all active medications. To view details about a medication, if any, tap the name of the medication [2]. You can view inactive medications by clicking the Inactive tab [3]. Note: To view prescription and medication orders that need to be completed, view the Care Journey page. Request Refills To request a refill for a medication, click the Request Refill(s) button. Note: You can also request a refill when viewing the details for a specific medication. View Immunizations To view your immunizations, tap the Immunizations link. To view details about an immunization, tap the name of the record. Note: Only completed immunizations display in this page. To view immunization orders that need to be completed, view the Care Journey page. View Surgeries and Procedures To view your surgeries and procedures, tap the Surgeries and Procedures link. To view details about a surgery or procedure, tap the name of the record. View Lifestyle To view your lifestyle, tap the Lifestyle link. To view details about a medication, tap the name of the record.

The Settings page allows you to manage personal settings within the Tendo iOS app. Open Account Menu In the Homepage, tap the Menu icon. Open Settings Tap the Settings link. View Settings The Settings page includes two sections. In the Healthcare System section [1], you can set your home healthcare system branding that displays throughout the iOS. In the Notifications section [2], you can set external notifications for your appointments, lab results, and general care.

How do I set external notification settings for the Tendo iOS app?
You can adjust your external notification settings within the Tendo iOS app to be notified about updated visit summaries and posted lab results. Note: The email address and SMS (text) number used for notifications can be managed in your user account. You can change your notification preferences at any time. If you don’t want to enable external notifications, all notifications are always displayed within the app. Open Account Menu In the Homepage, tap the Menu icon. Open Settings Tap the Settings link. Open Notifications Tap the Notifications link. View Notifications The Notifications page shows all the notifications that you can enable for your Tendo experience. Each individual notification supports email, push, and SMS. Open Notification Open the notification you want to receive. To enable the notification type, tap the Allow Notifications button. Toggle your preferred notification method(s). Changes to your notification preferences apply automatically. Note: If you want to enable Push notifications but the option is grayed out, you must first enable notifications in iOS Settings. To return to the Notifications page and set another notification type, tap the Notifications link.

How do I set my home healthcare system in the Tendo iOS app?
By default, the healthcare system branding displayed in the app is the system that sent you the invitation to join Tendo, or it is the system where you signed up for an account (if applicable). You can set the healthcare system branding you would like to see throughout the app. Once you close the User Account page, branding will be updated throughout the app, including the Home page, online appointments, and Care Journey pages. Open Account Menu In the Homepage, tap the Menu icon. Open Settings Tap the Settings link. Open Healthcare Page Tap the Healthcare System link. Set Healthcare System In the Healthcare System section, view the branding options available to you. By default, the healthcare system where you completed your Tendo registration will be the brand shown in the app [1]. Note: If you have providers affiliated with more than one healthcare system, you may see multiple brands. You can also select the Tendo brand to display in the app by clicking the Tendo logo [2]. Update Branding Once you close the User Account page, branding will be updated throughout the app, including the Home page, online appointments, and Care Journey pages.

How do I view security options for my account in the Tendo iOS app?
The Security page allows you to manage security options within the Tendo app. Open Account Menu In the Homepage, tap the Menu icon. Open Security Tap the Security link. View Security Page The Security page includes two sections. In the Multi-Factor Authentication (MFA) section [1], you can set additional security for your account by enabling multi-factor authentication as part of the login process. In the Password section [2], you can change your password for the app.

You can change your password within the Tendo iOS app. Your password allows you to log into the app. Note: If you forget your password, you can reset your password at any time. Open Profile Menu In the Homepage, tap the Menu icon. Open Security Tap the Security link. Change Password In the password fields, create and confirm a password for your account. Your password must contain: At least 8 characters At least 3 of the following: Lower case letters (a-z) Upper case letters (A-Z) Number (0-9) Special characters (ex. !@#$%^&*) Tap the Change Password button.
