You can change your password within the Tendo iOS app. Your password allows you to log into the app.

Open Profile Menu

In the Homepage, tap the Menu icon.

Open Security

Tap the Security link.

Change Password

In the password fields, create and confirm a password for your account.

Your password must contain:

• At least 8 characters

• At least 3 of the following:

• Lower case letters (a-z)

• Upper case letters (A-Z)

• Number (0-9)

• Special characters (ex. !@#$%^&*)

Tap the Change Password button.
