How do I view notifications in the Tendo iOS app?
You can view a list of all notifications directly in the app. Notifications display in the app for updated visit summaries and posted lab results. Note: Even if you have set external notification settings, all notifications you receive from your provider display in the app. When you view and read an external notification, the Notifications list is also updated to be marked as read. Open Notifications In the Homepage, tap the Notifications icon. View All Notifications View all notifications that have been sent by your healthcare provider. Notifications that are unread are indicated by a dot next to the notification summary. View Notification To view a specific notification, tap the notification link. The item for the notification will display in the app. Update Notifications Once a notification is viewed, the notification is marked as read. If you need to manually mark a notification as unread, swipe to the right [1] and tap the Mark as Unread button [2]. If you need to manually mark a notification as read, swipe to the right [1] and tap the Mark as Read button [2].

How do I use in-app notification reminders on the homepage in the Tendo iOS app?
Some notifications may display in the homepage as in-app notification reminders. These reminders provide you with quick access to the relevant information presented in the notification. Notifications may inform you of lab results, a provider letter, or another aspect of your wellness journey. Notes: If configured by your provider, some notification reminders may also be associated with To Do items. Some To Dos are completed automatically, and any such tasks previously displayed as an in-app notification will also be removed from the homepage. Even if you have set external notification settings, all notifications you receive from your provider display in the app. When you view and read an external notification, the Notifications list is also updated to be marked as read. View Notifications Available in-app notifications display in the homepage. Up to three notifications are displayed at a time. To view additional notifications, swipe to the left. Open Notification Once a notification is viewed, the notification is automatically removed from the homepage. To view a notification, tap the notification. You will be directed to the location of the notification’s content. View All Notifications To view all notifications in the app, swipe to the left until no more notifications remain and tap the View All button.

How do I manage the To Do List in the Tendo iOS app?
The To Do list provides a step-by-step process to help you manage all tasks along your healthcare journey, both before and after an appointment. Most commonly, an appointment may include post-tasks such as scheduling a lab order, picking up a prescription, requesting a document, or other type of action. Autocomplete To Dos Some To Dos are automatically marked as completed based on specific actions. The following tasks are marked as complete once you have viewed them in the app: Posted letters or resources Visit summaries Order results with clinician notes Manual To Dos Vaccination, prescription, and equipment orders must be manually marked as completed by the patient in the To Do list. These types of orders usually require assistance from a third-party service that is not integrated with Tendo and cannot indicate when the To Do item has been completed. Manual To Do items remain in the To Do List until they have been marked as completed. Note: If configured by your provider, some To Do items may be associated with in-app notification reminders. Open To Do List In the Homepage, tap the Notifications icon. In the To Do tab, view all tasks that have been sent by your healthcare provider. View To Do To view an item in the To Do list, tap the name of the item. You will be directed to the location of the item’s content. Complete To Do If an item needs to be marked as completed in the To Do list, tap the radio button next to the item. The item will be moved to the Completed To Do’s list. Notes: Some items will automatically be marked as completed once they’ve been viewed. Completing a To Do item cannot be reversed. View Completed List To view all completed To Do items, tap the Completed To Dos link. In the expanded page, view all your completed items.

How do I compose a message to a medical care team provider in the Tendo iOS app?
If supported by your healthcare system, you can send messages to a provider in your care team. Currently only medical questions can be sent via an online message. Note: If the Messages link is not available in the Tendo menu, your healthcare system does not support this feature. Please allow up to 48 hours for a reply. You may be billed for medical advice. For non-medical topics, you’ll be directed to contact the healthcare organization via telephone. For appointment scheduling questions, you’ll be directed to the online Schedule Appointment page. Open Messages Tap the Messages link. Compose Message Click the Compose button. Select Message Type Select the Ask a Medical Question option. Send Provider If you have more than one provider in your Care Team, select the name of the provider who should receive the message. Send Message In the text field [1], write your message to your provider. When you are finished, click the Send button [2]. View Message View your message as a new message thread. When your provider responds to your message, the thread will be updated with the reply.

Open Messages In the sidebar menu, click the Messages link. View Message Threads The Inbox displays any messages that you have sent to a provider. Open Message Thread To open a message, click the message thread. View Message Your provider’s message displays below your initial message and displays the date and time you received a response. View Attachment If your provider has included an attachment, you can view it by tapping the attachment. You’ll be able to share and download the attachment. Send Reply To reply to your provider, type your response in the message thread’s text field [1]. To add an attachment, click the Attach icon [2]. When you are ready to send your message, click the Send button [3]. View Closed Message If your message does not include a Reply field, the message has been closed by your provider. To reply to the provider, compose a new message.
