How do I view my copay for an upcoming appointment in the Tendo iOS app?
Once your appointment is confirmed, you may be able to view the copay for your appointment. Depending on your provider’s configurations, you may be able to pay online or need to pay in office. Notes: You can also view copays for upcoming appointments in the Payments page at any time. Not all providers may support online payments. If you cannot view the option to make an online payment, you will need to pay your balance in the office. Open Copay In the Homepage, locate the name of the provider and the appointment date. Tap the View Copay link. View Payment Depending on your insurance, you may need to make a copay for your appointment. View No Balance If you do not have a copay, the page displays a balance of $0. Click the Close button. View Balance If you have a copay, the page displays that you have a balance on your account along with the appointment date. Click the Review Now button. Review the date of the appointment, your provider, and the total balance. Click the Next button. Select Payment Method You may be able to make your payment online, or you can pay your balance in the office. To make an online payment, select the Make Payment Now button [1], then click the Next button [2]. Learn how to complete the online payment process. Note: If the Make Payment Now button does not display, your provider does not support this payment method. To pay your balance in the office, select the Pay In Office button [1]. Click the Next button [2]. View Completion Once you have reviewed your copay and/or completed the payment process, the View Copay confirmation item displays a solid green circle with a white check mark. Depending on your provider, you may have additional check-in tasks to complete.

How do I make an online payment for an upcoming appointment in the Tendo iOS app?
As part of viewing your appointment copay, you may have a balance for your account. Notes: You can also view copays for upcoming appointments in the Payments page at any time. Not all providers may support online payments. If you cannot view the option to make an online payment, you will need to pay your balance in the office. Open Copay In the Homepage, locate the name of the provider and the appointment date. Tap the View Copay link. Review Balance Click the Review Now button. Review the date of the appointment, your provider, and the total balance. Click the Next button. Make Online Payment Select the Make Payment Now button [1]. Then click the Next button [2]. Note: If the Make Payment Now button does not display, your provider does not support this payment method. Confirm Billing Details In the confirmation window [1], confirm your email address and billing details. If you need to edit your billing information, click the Edit button [2]. To confirm your billing details, click the Confirm button [3]. Enter Credit Card Details In the payment window [1], enter the details for your credit card. When you are finished, click the Next button [2]. Process Payment Review your payment information, then click the Process Payment button. View Payment Confirmation Confirm that your payment information was processed successfully. Note: If any of your payment information was entered incorrectly, any processing errors will display in the page. View Task Completion Once your payment is complete, the View Copay confirmation item displays a solid green circle with a white check mark [1]. How do I view all my upcoming and outstanding balances for my account in the Tendo iOS app?
The Payments page allows you to view all your upcoming and outstanding balances for your Tendo account. Note: For copays related to upcoming appointments, you can also make a payment while viewing your copay if included as part of the appointment check-in process. Not all providers may support online payments. If you cannot view the option to make an online payment, you will need to pay your balance in the office. Open Account Menu In the Homepage, tap the Menu icon. Open Payments Tap the Payments link. View Balances In the Payments page, you can view all your upcoming and outstanding balances (if applicable) for your account. By default, the first upcoming appointment balance will be selected automatically. To view another balance, click the visit date you want to view. Pay Single Balance To pay a balance in full, view a visit date and click the Pay Full button. Learn how to complete the individual online payment process from the Payments page. Pay Multiple Balances To pay multiple balances, scroll to the bottom of the list and click the Pay Multiple button. Learn how to complete the multiple payment process. How do I make multiple online payments toward my outstanding balance in the Tendo iOS app?
You can make multiple online payments toward any upcoming and outstanding balance in your account. You can also add a custom amount toward your outstanding balance, such as if you want to help pay down the balance owed. Notes: For copays related to upcoming appointments, you can also make a payment while viewing your copay if included as part of the appointment check-in process. Not all providers may support online payments. If you cannot view the option to make an online payment, you will need to pay your balance in the office. Open Account Menu In the Homepage, tap the Menu icon. Open Payments Tap the Payments link. Pay Multiple At the bottom of the balances list, click the Pay Multiple button. Select Balances Click the checkbox for each balance you want to pay. Add Custom Amount If you want to add a custom payment toward your balance, click the Add Custom Amount button. Enter the amount you want to add to your payment. The custom amount will be applied first to any upcoming visits and then to your oldest outstanding balance. In the text field [1-Mobile], enter the custom amount. Then click the Next button [2]. Confirm Payments Confirm all balances have been selected [1]. If you entered a custom amount, ensure the Custom Amount field is also selected [2]. Click the Next button [3]. Review Summary Review the summary of the multiple payment total. Click the Next button. Confirm Billing Details In the confirmation window [1-Mobile], confirm your email address and billing details. If you need to edit your billing information, click the Edit button [2]. How do I ask a billing question in the Tendo iOS app?
If you need to ask a question about payments and billing, you can send a message from the Payments page. Note: You can also compose a message from the Messages page at any time. Open Account Menu In the Homepage, tap the Menu icon. Open Payments Tap the Payments link. Ask Billing Questions To send a billing question, click the Billing Questions button. Click the Ask a Billing Question button. Send Message In the Text field, compose your message [1]. Then click the Send button [2]. Confirm Message View your message in the Messages page.
