How do I ask a billing question in the Tendo iOS app?

If you need to ask a question about payments and billing, you can send a message from the Payments page.


Note: 

  • You can also compose a message from the Messages page at any time.


Open Account Menu

In the Homepage, tap the Menu icon.

Open Payments

Tap the Payments link.

Ask Billing Questions

To send a billing question, click the Billing Questions button.

Click the Ask a Billing Question button.

Send Message

In the Text field, compose your message [1]. Then click the Send button [2].

Confirm Message

View your message in the Messages page.
