You can view notes you’ve written for all upcoming and past appointments with your providers.

You can edit notes at any time.

Open Account Menu

In the Homepage, tap the Menu icon.

Open Notes

Tap the My Notes link.

View Notes

Any notes you’ve created in upcoming appointments or past appointments are displayed in reverse chronological order.

To view a specific note, tap the link for the note.

The page displays your provider’s name and visit date [1], in addition to the notes you wrote for the appointment [2]. 

To edit the note, tap the Edit link [3].
