You can get help with the Tendo iOS app via the Profile Menu, which includes a link to the Tendo Support Portal.

Open Profile Menu

In the Homepage, tap the Menu icon.

Open Help

Tap the Help link.

View Support Page

In a new browser window, view the Tendo Support page.

Tap the section of the help you need:

• View Frequently Asked Questions [1]

• Report an issue with the Tendo app [2]

Note: If you want to provide general feedback regarding the app including future functionality ideas and other suggestions for improvement, please give feedback about the app via the Profile Menu instead.

• Browse the Knowledge Base for self-help and information about how to use the Tendo app [3]

To search for any content within the support site, tap the Search field [4].
