How do I use a password to log in to Tendo?

After creating a Tendo account or accepting a Tendo account invitation, you can log in to the Tendo app using your newly created password.

Notes:

If you have forgotten your login password, you can reset the password for your account.
If you have enabled multi-factor authentication (MFA) in your account settings, you will also be asked to provide authentication via the authentication method used in the setup process.
If you want to log in using the password for your healthcare organization’s health portal, learn how to use Single Sign-On (SSO) authentication.

Open Login Page

In a browser window, type https://care.tendo.com/ in the search bar.

Enter Email

In the Email field [1], enter the email address you used to sign up for your Tendo account.

Click the Continue button [2].

Enter Password

In the Password field [1], enter the password you created for your Tendo account.

Note: If you have forgotten your login password, reset the password by clicking the Forgot Password link [2].

Note: If you have set up fingerprint or face recognition but chose to log in using a password, you can log in at any time via the Use Fingerprint or Face Recognition link that will display below the Continue button.
