How do I check in for an in-office appointment in the Tendo iOS app?

When supported by your provider, you can check in for an in-office appointment in the Tendo iOS app.


Notes: 

  • Appointments are available for check in one hour before the appointment time.

  • The app check-in process will not be available after the time of your appointment has passed. If the app check-in option is not available to you, please contact your provider’s office upon arrival.

Check In

In the Homepage, locate the name of the provider and the appointment date.


Tap the Check In Appointment link.

Finish Check In

Review the check-in information as directed by your provider.


When you are finished, tap the Finish button [1].


Note: If you need to finish the Check In information later, tap the Finish Later link [2]. You can return to the Check In Appointment link for the appointment and finish the information at a later time.

View Completion

View the confirmation page for your appointment.


To return to the Dashboard, tap the Back link.
